Tailgate space for the NC Muscadine Festival is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
OPTIONAL: Tailgate decoration contest information follows the reservation form. While not required, all tailgate parties are invited and encouraged to participate.

Saturday, September 28: 7 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
The Duplin Events Center staff sprays for fire ants and mosquitos prior to the festival, this is not a guarantee that the area will be free of these pests. You are encouraged to bring a ground cover and spray for your own protection. For health and safety precautions to all, no spraying will take place once the festival begins.

- 10’ X 10’ area – marked with your name
- Four festival tickets (to receive commemorative glass please use tickets to enter festival at front gate)
- One parking pass
- One bottle of wine
- Tent not included
- Extra tickets can be purchased through the Duplin County Events Center the dayof the event or Etix. See ticket tab.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING:
- Tent / Chairs / Table / Grill
- NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. (Please note: Coolers and other containers will be subject to inspection by security at check-in.)
SET UP TIMES:
Friday, September 27: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday, September 28: 7 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- You will be allowed to drive your vehicle (ONLY during the times listed above) to your spot to unload your belongings. Please follow the one-way driving pattern. You will be allowed 15 minutes to unload your vehicle before being required to move it to allow for space for other vehicles. ALL vehicles must be out of the festival area by 9:15 a.m. on the day of the festival.
- The NC Muscadine Festival reserves the right to assign tailgate space on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Failure to follow the guidelines set forth by the NCMF will result in expulsion from the festival. (NO refund given.)
- No refunds will be given.
